Adult Medical Day Services

Are you caring for a parent, spouse, or other family member that needs a safe and comfortable place to spend their day while you work or take care of other important things?  At the Crescent Ridge Adult Day Health Center, your loved one will enjoy the company of other adults and seniors while receiving the care and medical supervision s/he needs.

Crescent Ridge is a full-service day program that offers a comprehensive array of services. We provide transportation to and from home in wheelchair-accessible vehicles for those who need it, or families can drop their loved ones off and pick them up at the time that is most convenient.  We offer extended care hours from 7am to 6pm.

To ensure that our participants stay healthy, our full-time Licensed Registered Nurse monitors each persons medical needs and provides oversight and care that includes:

  • Medication Administration
  • Monitoring of Health Problems
  • Blood Pressure & Weight Checks
  • Insulin Administration
  • Medical Treatments
  • Lab Work (when ordered by the doctor)

Our Certified Nursing Assistants work closely with our nurse to assist each person with the specific care she or he needs. This may include ambulation, toileting, grooming, and feeding.

Licensed Social Worker assists families in identifying and applying for additional resources, counsels participants in need of extra attention, and guides families through the often complicated maze of caregiver.

We serve daily nutritious meals, including a continental breakfast, hot lunch, and an afternoon snack.  You can see a sample of our menu on our "Day at a Glance" tab.

To make the time spent at Crescent Ridge meaningful, our creative and energetic activities staff offer a wide variety of meaningful recreational and social activities throughout the day that promote mobility and stimulate the mind.  To see a sampling of our activities calendar, click on our "Day at a Glance" tab.
